SL - Trust the process

Dear friends,

I’m pleased to announce that I will be teaching via Sangha Live, a global online platform for interactive dharma classes and courses. I’ve been invited to lead their one-hour Daily Meditation sessions for the mornings of Monday, May 13 through Friday, May 17.

These classes, including guided meditation and dharma talk, are offered on dana/generosity-basis. All meditators across the globe are warmly invited to tune in.

During these sessions together, we will specifically be exploring the topic of:

Trust the Process

There is a natural space that is always available to us. A space before thoughts, before duality. Every day there will be an opportunity to come back to this primary experience that is safe and complete. A space before the beginning. This week let’s trust the process together.

These live classes begin at 7am GMT / 8am CET each morning. Replays will be posted in Sangha Live’s dharma library for viewers in other time zones.
