“Silence as a space, a refuge that frees from any costume or social pressure. A receptive and inclusive space, allowing the meeting with oneself in the heart of the intimate. An intimacy with the depths which offers to see with clarity the life which is expressed in each being.”

WHY ATTEND A RETREAT

Participating in a retreat offers the opportunity to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the world and the daily routine. It is an invitation to cultivate a deeper relationship with oneself, with others, and with the environment.

Certain automatisms and habits of the mind will reveal certain tendencies which sometimes lead to suffering rather than happiness.
By cultivating the presence in the moment, it becomes possible to better understand how these habits are put in place. Life is unpredictable but it is possible to transform the way we respond to the challenges they offer us to live.

Cultivating calm, clarity, discernment, benevolence and compassion allow human potential to unfold and flourish. A space of retreat offers conditions favoring the emergence of a better understanding of oneself.
